Platform Privacy Policy
Intelligant AI LLC (“Intelligant AI,” “we,” “us”) runs the Intelligant platform: this website, Intelligant Accounts (accounts.intelligant.ai), PETROS (app.petros.intelligant.ai), Tiphys (app.tiphys.intelligant.ai), and the Intelligant apps for Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and Jira. This policy explains what we collect when a company uses them, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our dealership messaging program has its own privacy policy.
Who decides what
A company that signs up (“the customer”) decides which systems to connect and who in the company can use them. For the content those systems hold, including any personal data in it, we act for the customer and follow its instructions. For account, billing, support and website information, we decide how it’s used, as this policy describes.
Information we collect
• Account details: your name and work email, your password (stored only as a one-way hash), whether your email is verified, and your role in each product. If your company uses single sign-on or two-step verification, we keep the settings that make them work.
• Sign-in records: for each session, the browser, the IP address and an approximate country, so you and your company can see and end sessions.
• Activity: an audit log of what people and products do in your company’s account (for example, who linked a tracker, approved a change or invited a member), with the person’s name and email.
• Linked chat and tracker identities: when you link Slack, Microsoft Teams or Discord, your user ID and display name there; when a company admin links Jira, that admin’s Atlassian account ID and display name.
• Customer content: what your company connects for the products to work on, such as cloud inventory, permissions and cost data, infrastructure-as-code state, cluster status, logs, metrics and alerts. It also includes questions people ask the products in chat and the products’ answers. Repository access uses short-lived tokens limited to the repositories your company chose. For tickets, we keep each issue’s key and status, not its text.
• Support and contact requests: your name, email, company, optional phone number, message and IP address.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers.
• This website: we use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our servers keep standard access logs.
How we use it
We use this information to run, secure and support the platform; to let PETROS and Tiphys do the work your company asks of them; to bill for the plans you choose; to send account and service emails; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your company’s content to train AI models.
How the AI works with your data
• The products use AI models through Amazon Bedrock in our own AWS account, in the United States. Amazon Bedrock does not use the content it processes to train models.
• Every model call passes guardrails that block credentials and mask personal data before a model sees it.
• For your company’s audit trail, we keep each question a person asked and the answer, with credentials and personal data removed, encrypted with your company’s own key, for 400 days. Usage records (which model, how much, at what cost) never include the content.
• On Enterprise plans, a company can have the products use its own models in its own AWS account.
Changes to your systems
The products are built so that a person stays in charge. PETROS proposes changes as pull requests and never merges them. Tiphys asks for approval before it changes a cluster. Your company decides who may approve.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the platform, with service providers that process it for us under contract:
• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage, encryption keys and AI models (Amazon Bedrock), in the United States.
• Stripe: payments and invoices.
• Twilio SendGrid: sending email and receiving replies to support email.
• Atlassian: our support desk.
When your company connects a service (such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or a cloud provider), we exchange data with it only to do what your company asked; that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or the platform, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, with notice to you.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company has its own encryption keys for the tokens we hold for its connected services, for its shared memory and for its AI records. Products receive access that’s limited to what a job needs and expires on its own. Tiphys’s connector for your cluster only makes outbound connections; nothing reaches into your network.
How long we keep it
• Account, activity and support records: while your company’s account is open.
• AI audit records: 400 days. Events delivered to products: 30 days. Server logs: 30 to 90 days. Database backups: 14 days.
• Jira comment authors and text that reach us: deleted within a day of delivery.
• When a company closes its account, or asks us to, we delete its data and destroy its encryption keys, except what we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons. Backups expire on their own schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your account details in Accounts, end your sessions, and unlink chat or tracker accounts at any time; unlinking removes the identity we kept for it. To access, correct, export or delete your personal information, contact us below. If it’s part of your company’s content, we’ll work with your company’s admin, who decides for that content. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
We report the Atlassian accounts we keep to Atlassian’s personal data reporting service, so that a person who closes their Atlassian account is removed from ours too.
Where we process data
We store and process data in the United States. If you use the platform from elsewhere, your information is transferred to the United States.
Children
The platform is for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post any change here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell your company’s admins before it takes effect.
